(展开全部) 　　Following the critically acclaimed VR project Ferenj (currently on view at the Venice Architecture Biennale), Ainslee Robson and Kidus Hailesilassie present their work-in-progress showcase Sunsum. In this performance installation, they use motion capture and invite the audience to engage with historical archives of writing systems from the continent of Africa and its diaspora in new ways. 　　Sunsum is inspired by the Adinkra symbol Sunsum, representing one’s animating life force.
