影视简介Synopsis 　　They lie down in the middle of streets and highways, under the snow, in the middle of the traffic, sometimes chained together, they dye the water of the fountains (even the Trevi fountain), they stain monuments and installations with (washable) colour, they leave handprints on the glass of the masterpieces preserved in museums such as the Uffizi, but are always on site to help anywhere there is an environmental catastrophe, from the flooding in Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, to the tornado in Jesolo, to the drought that destroyed the olive groves at Castiglione del Lago; they are the activists of “Ultima generazione”, the non-violent movement committed in their effort to stop the climate disaster that is affecting us all. They are indeed the last generation that can do so. 　　DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT 　　It was no easy thing to tell this story. The climate crisis is not a one-time event: it is part of the context we live in. Talking to the exponents of Ultima Generazione and conveying their vision of the world forced us to deal with our own contradictions, our prejudices and our indifference.影视简介
